Pets

In a property where pets are not allowed, this will be made known through a sign next to the door of the property. A maximum of two pets are allowed per property.

In case where pets are found in a pet-free property, the pet owner will be charged the pet surcharge and extra cleaning fee and a replacement pet-friendly property will be sought. If this is not available, the pet owner will pay the fee for a major cleaning of the property. These charges should be paid immediately. If the pet owner is unwilling to do so, he must leave the park without any right to compensation.

As far as pets are allowed on the park or in the houses provided for this purpose, the following applies:

• Pets may only stay outdoors in the park on a leash and may not cause any nuisance to other guests in the park. Excrement must be deposited by the pet owner at/in the designated areas.
• Pets must be taken out in the designated areas and the litter bins must be used. Pets may also be taken out outside the park in the designated areas.
• Guests are responsible for complying with all legal requirements for bringing and staying pets. Pets should be flea-banded or treated so that the property remains pest-free.
