A guest is at all times obliged to allow Park management staff to properly maintain and upkeep the common and individual parts and items, including the roads, verges, paths, site lighting, signposts, sewers, drainage, ponds, plants, etc., even if this requires access to the guest's plot and/or home and/or causes a temporary nuisance for the guest.

The Park Management is also entitled to temporarily take buildings and installations out of operation for maintenance work if this should prove necessary for proper and safe park operation.

If possible, the Park Management will give timely notice of such a visit. In urgent cases, the Park Management may refrain from making an announcement.

In none of the above situations will the guest be entitled to a full or partial refund of the rental fee.
