House Rules

To make your stay and that of the other guests as pleasant as possible, we have laid down a number of house rules in the Park Regulations. We kindly ask you to comply with these and follow the instructions of the staff during your stay. A short version of the Park Rules can be found here in the Guest Compass. When you check in at reception, you will receive the complete Park Regulations.

 

If you violate the Park Regulations and/or fail to comply with instructions from personnel, Dormio Strand Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad has the right to immediately remove you and any visitors from the resort and, if applicable, to claim compensation for any damage. In this case, you lose the right to a refund of the deposit and/or rent or part thereof.

 

In cases not covered by these park regulations, the Park Management will decide.

Together with the RECRON conditions applicable to the agreement between the guest and Strand Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad B.V. ('park'), these 'park regulations' form a whole. Correct compliance with these park regulations guarantees the safety and enjoyment of our guests. We therefore assume your understanding of and cooperation with these regulations.

 

Where these regulations refer to 'guests', we mean tenants and owners of a holiday home ('home'), the persons belonging to their party who are registered as such at registration, as well as their visitor(s)

 

'Park management' means the management of Strand Resort Nieuwvliet Bad B.V., the Park Manager who is primarily responsible for the course of events at the park, as well as the other persons employed by the park under his direction ('staff').

 

These park regulations are in line with Dormio's general conditions and are supplementary.
